8. Limitation of Liability
Pay2Commerce is committed to making all reasonable efforts to ensure the quality, continuity, and availability of its services. However, it does not guarantee that they will be free from errors, interruptions, or unforeseen vulnerabilities.
Under no circumstances will Pay2Commerce be liable for:
- Indirect economic losses or loss of profits.

- Delays resulting from failure to provide information by the client.
Pay2Commerce's maximum liability to the customer, under any circumstances, will be limited to the amount actually paid for the services in the three-month period prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, all services are offered "as is" and "as available." Pay2Commerce does not guarantee that the results derived from the use of its platforms or technological solutions will meet the client's specific business objectives, as these also depend on external variables beyond our control (market, client strategy, etc.).
However, it will be guaranteed that the developments carried out comply with the approved functional requirements and that they are delivered in compliance with reasonable technical quality and security standards. In the event of technical failures attributable to Pay2Commerce, they will be corrected at no additional cost, within the timeframe and under the terms established in each contract.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Since many of our services involve custom development, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the project has begun, except in cases where gross negligence or material breach by Pay2Commerce is demonstrated.
Advance payments and fees paid for project stages that have already begun are non-refundable. Any exceptions must be documented in writing and have the express approval of company management.
11. Duration and Termination of the Contract
Contracts between Pay2Commerce and its customers will last as long as established in the corresponding document. However, either party may terminate the contract early in the event of a serious breach by the other party, providing written notice at least 10 days in advance.
In the event of termination, the client must pay for all services actually provided to date, including ongoing partial phases. Pay2Commerce will deliver to the client the software, documentation, or materials developed to date, provided the agreed payment terms have been met.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
