So when the customer is purchasing a downloadable product and this download has already started, he or she loses his or her right of withdrawal.

As these are digital products, there are no material costs for returning the product, because only access is limited, therefore there will be no reimbursement of expenses.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised for the services provided and any payment has been made on behalf of the client, the client will pay it anyway or it will be deducted from the amount to be returned for the provision of the service.
In relation to services, if these have not been able to be provided due to lack of cooperation from the client, the latter will lose the right to a refund of the amount paid.
After-sales support for purchased products will be free of charge if it concerns downloading difficulties.
Consultations that occur as a result of the delivery of the purchased material are not included as free of charge.
In the event of booking a personalized consultation on pay2commerce.com, the User will have a period of 24 hours prior to the reserved date to process the modification or cancellation of the same. If it is within the 24 hours prior to the reservation, in no case will the User be entitled to a refund or reimbursement of the amount paid, since the appointment will be considered as "made" and it will be necessary to book a new appointment.
